Janet Diaz

 

Janet Diaz APRN, AGPC, NP-C, MSN, RTT, RN is a Radiation Oncology Nurse Practitioner, Oncology Nurse Navigator and Survivorship Nurse Practitioner and is the founder of Cancer Survivorship Care Nursing Corporation. She has a firm belief in Jean Watson’s Theory where “Caring is mutually beneficial experience for both the patient and the nurse, as well as between all treatment team members”. Caring safeguards and affirms our humanity.

She used to be part of the Oncology team at the Radiation Department at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, Radiation Dept at the Lucy Curci Cancer Center at Eisenhower Medical Center. Has been part of the Multidisciplinary Cancer Team at the Radiation Department at Genesis Care, and HCA Aventura Hospital, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital, and the Cleveland Clinic.
