How

By doing video conferences/telehealth visitsas well as remote patient monitoring in California and Florida. Specifically for non-English speaking cancer patients.

Assessing patient’s goals, coping abilities, interpersonal interactions, family/friend support, financial toxicity, transportation, language/cultural barriers from the beginning.

Helping patient and family members/caregivers to navigate the system, because we eliminate complexity and stress along the way by coordinating of service in timely manner.

Assessing/triaging patient’s symptoms during and after chemo and radiation treatment and make quick recommendations and referrals.

Increasing patient’s trust, engagement, and positive experience, which lead to efficiency and better treatment outcomes.
